What is the return policy?

You have the legal right to change your mind. If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver your product.

To let us know that you want to change your mind, contact our Customer Services Team in one of the ways specified under “Returns Policy” or complete the model cancellation form below and email it to us on sales@uk-technology.com or post it to us at The Tannery, 91 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS3 1HS. You will have to return the product to us at your own cost (unless we offered free returns when you bought the products) within 14 days of your telling us that you have changed your mind.

What are the shipping options?

Shipping on orders up to the value of £40 will have a shipping fee of £1.99, orders that exceed the value of £40 will receive free shipping, orders are shipped from our warehouse to your door. Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail between 1-3 days from the time we process your order or by DPD the very next day!

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order and in the timeframe provided there are no recent live updates from the postage tracking system highlighting delays, please call the UK Technology main office on 0113 3720288 or email us at support@uk-technology.com to receive more information

Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Unfortunately there is currently not an option to change any orders which have already been placed, however if the order has not already been processed by us then there is the option to cancel the order during this time period.

What Payment methods do you accept?

There are multiple ways to purchase all the essential products you need in your home. These include;

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, PayPal, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Where is my order?

With use of your order number and email, you can track your order as well as the delivery process through the live update system which is located in the 'Shop' app attached to checkout

How can I contact UK Technology Ltd for assistance?

You can either fill out the form on the 'contact us' page, email us at support@uk-technology.com or call us on 0113 3720288 during our core business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

How long will it take for returns to be processed?

If you have already received your order you can send the product back to us using an established delivery service to The Tannery, 91 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS3 1HS within 14 days. If you do this you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we won't refund you the price. 

If you tell us you've changed your mind about a product that hasn't been delivered, we refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you're sending your product back to us, we refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you've sent it to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.

Is a mobile app required to use my product?

For specific products there are apps that can and should be installed to ensure you get the most from your product, this will be specified in the instructions manual that is included in the product box which will take you through the process step by step!

How can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed automatically. During working hours, if you call the main office immediately after placing the order and provide your order number there is a possibility we can stop the order and process a refund. This being said, as soon as the packing and postage is underway there is no way to cancel.

Does my product come with a warranty?

There are select products that include a warranty and all details of the warranty will be highlighted within the product description and / or the products instructions.

Does my product require a Wi-Fi connection?

There are multiple smart products that will definitely require a Wi-Fi connection which will be made clear in the product description or in the product instructions.

 Does my product require Bluetooth connection?

There are select products that will require a bluetooth connection to a device or application to enable them to be used to their best ability, this will be clearly highlighted in the product description or title of the product

Does my product require batteries?

There are select products that will require battery usage, this will be highlighted and clear in the product description and/or in the product manual
